We are looking for financially qualified business builders with backgrounds in management, who understand technology, and have a passion for education. Formal teaching experience or education is a plus but not required, as you will have an opportunity to hire excellent educators for your team. We seek individuals who have an appreciation for our industry and who are passionate about the importance of practicing a holistic lifestyle through alternative education, mindfulness, and all that this entails.

We invite you and your Center Director to join us at our corporate support center for approximately one week of training. Following your training and as you open your own Wild Roots Holistic Learning Center location, we will provide up to 10 days of onsite training upon your opening and be available for you via phone and email for additional questions or training. We truly have done everything for you: curriculum is provided, as well as forms for parent communications and child record keeping, enrichment programs, best practices, our education theory and philosophy, even how to make your center overflow with good vibes! All franchise owners will also have exclusive access to our confidential operations manual to help run their schools properly on a day-to-day basis. We are dedicated to ensuring you will feel confident as you open a learning center in your community.

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $336,900 to $1,172,500. This includes a $50,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement and an optional Classroom Set-Up Fee, valued up to $30,000. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

We charge a 7% royalty fee. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Franchise owners will be required to spend 1% of gross revenues per month on local marketing and contribute up to 2% of gross revenues to the franchise system marketing fund. Franchise owners will spend $20,000 on their Grand Opening. All collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Wild Roots Holistic Learning Center brand and cover the creative costs to develop materials for marketing materials and campaigns.

The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement option of five years each.
